Registered Behavior Technicians

Kayla C.

Ms. Kayla was first introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by a close friend who had interned at an ABA center in Texas. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she finds the most joy in seeing each child’s progress over time. Even the smallest milestones feel significant, and building trust and strong connections with the children makes her role especially fulfilling. Her experience in ABA also introduced her to speech therapy through co-treatment opportunities with speech-language pathologists. Observing their sessions and the impact they had on children sparked her own interest in the field. She now plans to return to school to become a speech therapist and continue supporting children with ASD in new ways. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines — being a foodie is one of her favorite ways to relax and have fun.

Mr. Jonathan has dedicated his career to working with children, beginning as a summer camp counselor and teaching assistant before becoming an in-home behavior technician.
